The key thing, dealing with cohesion, is the issue of race discrimination. And South Australia got this bad reputation, which is associated with the fact that a number of racist groups made headquarters in South Australia. And what we are trying to do, we are trying to assist Government with development of measures - legal measures and other measures - which would ensure that these groups won't get undue attention and hearing.
