In terms of "cleaning up the soccer" you know, whether or not the Serbs can play against the Croat team, and then have a punch-up when whoever wins or loses - I mean I personally don't see that so much as a cultural situation, but more as a sporting situation, and that happens in England. Manchester United beats up the supporters of Liverpool.
